Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

9 lg. eggs
|
1 1/4 c. mayonaise
|
1 T. onion powder 1 tbls. salt
|
10 c. water
|
1/2 tsp. salt
|

Directions:
|
Add 10 c. water and 1/2 tsp. to a lg. pot. Boil water.
|
Add eggs and simmer for 15 min. Drain hot water. place cold water in pot (with eggs).
|
Let eggs sit in cold water for 20 min. Set aside. Remove egg shells.
|
Crumble the cooked egg yolks into med. size salad bowl.
|
Chop cooked egg whites. Add to yolks.
|
Add remaining ingrediencs, and mix well.
|
Serves 6
