Cheeseburger Pie

2lbs ground beef 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup fine chopped onion2 cups milk
1/2 Tsp salt4 eggs
2 cups 8oz shredded Chedder cheese

Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned, drain greese.
Stir in salt, spread in dutch oven, sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into dutch oven.

Heat should be about 400 degrees.
Bake approximately 25 to 30 minutes or
until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes about 12 servings.
Chicken Pot Pie

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed.1 cup Bisquick backing mix
2 cups cut up cooket chicken.1 cup milk
2 cans (10 3/4oz each)condensed cream of chicken soup.2 eggs

Mix vegetables chicken and soup in dutch oven.
Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended. Pour into dutch oven.

Heat should be about 400 degrees.
Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 12 servings.
Sloppy Joe Bake

2 lbs ground beef2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup fine chopped onion1 1/2 cups milk
1 can (15oz) tomato sauce4 eggs
1 cup ketchup.2 Tbsp sesame seed, if desired
2/3 cup packed brown sugar.4 Tsp. mustard.

Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned, drain greese.
Stir in in tomato sauce,brown sugar and mustard, spread in dutch oven.

Stir baking mix, eggs and milk with fork until blended. Pour into dutch oven.

Heat should be about 400 degrees.
Bake approximately 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Makes about 10 servings.
